What is the decorating policy?
No nails in walls or items on balconies. Please use removable hooks and approved decorating methods to maintain unit condition.
What do I need to bring to my new apartment?
If moving into an unfurnished unit, residents should bring furniture. Otherwise, you’ll just need your personal items, kitchenware, toiletries, and décor to make your space feel like home.
Are the floor plans furnished or unfurnished?
Our 1-bedroom apartments are furnished, and our 2-bedroom apartments are unfurnished but can be furnished upon request for an additional $35 per month.
Are utilities included in the rent, or billed separately?
Utilities are billed at a flat rate of $65 per month, with electricity billed separately based on usage.
What is the parking policy and cost?
Each car is $15 per month for parking.
